Last Minute Discounts for Spring 2008 :-

March 8th to March 21st, 2008- 2 weeks for £595.

March 22nd to April 26th, 2008- 2 weeks for £995.

Early Bird Discounts for Spring 2009 :-

January, February and March 2009 - 2 weeks for £595.

The price includes:-

- Private occupancy of Casa Romantica

- Villa management and maid service

- All bed linen and towels for inside the villa

- Use of all the villa facilities, including the swimming pool and children's play room

- All local holiday taxes

- All utility charges, including air conditioning in the bedrooms

- All children's high chairs, strollers, cots and sterilisers are provided free of charge.

The price excludes:-

- Pool heating, which can be provided at an additional charge of £125 per week.

The initial deposit payment:-

- A deposit payment of 25% is required at the time of initial booking.

The changeover day for Casa Romantica is Saturday from May to September.

Between October to April the changeover is flexible.
