The price includes:- |
- Private exclusive occupancy of Casa Romantica |
- Local Guia Villa management and maid service |
- All bed linen and towels for inside the villa |
- Use of all the villa facilities, including the swimming pool and children's play room |
- All local holiday taxes |
- On arrival a welcome pack of groceries and drinks |
- All the villa utility charges, including air conditioning in the bedrooms |
| - All children's high chairs, strollers, cots and sterilisers are provided free of charge. |
The price excludes:- |
- Pool heating, which can be provided at an additional charge of £150 per week. |
The initial deposit payment:- |
- A deposit payment of 25% is required at the time of initial booking. |
Our preferred method of payment is by personal cheque. |
For your convenience we do accept Paypal for the initial Deposit Payment only. After agreeing the amount to pay with ourselves, please use the link below to send your deposit payment. Please note that your payment will include an additional 4% to cover the charges that we incur from Paypal for your transaction. |

Changeover Days :- |
The changeover day for Casa Romantica is Saturday from May to September. |
Between October to April the changeover is flexible. |
During peak season, the villa can only be rented on a weekly basis. Shorter self catering holidays Algarve rentals can be booked outside of peak season, so that you can take advantage of the cheaper flights, quieter travel and less time off work. Specific durations and different start dates may be available upon request. Check our Availability Calendar to check which dates are still available. |
