We always aim to provide the very best customer service that is possible. All our clients receive complimentary welcome food packs when they arrive and we have a particularly good management company, which are based only a few minutes away from the villa in Guia. We try and make the whole experience for our clients as enjoyable as possible - for example providing free cots, high chairs and push chairs so that they do not have to be brought to the Central Algarve as luggage. Hopefully this goes some way to making our clients feel as relaxed as possible as quickly as possible. Hi Steve, Just wanted to drop you and your wife a line to say how much we enjoyed staying at Casa Romantica for the first week of our family villa in Portugal. Your villa is absolutely superb and was everything we could have wished for. We had great fun in the pool and exploring that part of the Algarve - swimming with dolphins at the Zoomarine being one of the memorable outings. I know we'd like to stay there again at some point in the future - especially when our youngest is old enough to do the dolphin swim as well, instead of having to be an envious spectator! Dear Steve. Thanks for the returned deposit which arrived today. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Casa Romantica. It suited our needs perfectly for the Christmas period. It's a very well organised and well equipped set up which you have there. We have a cottage here in the Picos which we let to (mainly English) visitors so I speak as one who knows!

Hi Steve, Just back from a very enjoyable holiday, the villa was wonderful, I don't think your pictures in the web really do it justice. We were able to walk easily into the town and sample some of the local restaurants. We were also well placed to visit various places of interest - Silves, Lagoa, Luz, and the highlight for the children was a visit to both Aqualand and Slide and Splash, the former being a lot less busy but we thought the latter had rides which were more fun. Dear Steve, The directions you sent got us to the villa safely. We found Salgados within minutes of our arrival.That left us free to enjoy the red hot weather and a chilled beer poolside!!The villa was excellent, and everyone in the party said that it was immaculate and a credit to you and your staff. The weather was hot all week but that cannot be said about the golf. The find of the week was the small restaurant opposite the market area in Guia which must be the cheapest place to eat and drink anywhere on the Algarve. So once again thanks for the villa,it was just right. I won't hesitate to recommend Casa Romantica to our friends and family for a villa on the Algarve. (The Mathers from Wigan)

Dear Steve and Jackie, We just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for letting us stay in your family villa in Algarve. We had a wonderful holiday. The weather was red hot everyday. Your villa is beautiful there is everything in it that you could ever need. The information folder, which was in the villa for us was also spot on. I don’t think you would get that much detailed info staying in a hotel with a rep! Our son loved the swimming pool he was like a prune by the end of the 2 weeks! Hi Steve,

Thank you for returning the deposit cheque that I received yesterday. I also wanted to say thank you very much for letting us stay in your beautiful villa last month. We had a wonderful holiday and a perfect first visit to the Algarve.Thankfully the weather was good and we made full use of the very warm pool and villa facilities. My young son's James and Harry absolutely loved their holiday - James swam for the first time with with just his arm-bands and Harry spent hours hiding in the under sink cupboard in the main bathroom. My Dad said it was the most relaxing holiday he has ever had. We only managed to visit Gale beach and the Shopping centre so I am hoping to return next Spring when the boys are a bit older so that we can visit Zoo marine... and convince my husband that a week in the sunshine with his family will be preferable to a week on the ski slopes! It was great. The attention to detail was second to none. There was everything we could possibly want and more. We enjoyed it so much that we would very much like to book it again from 1st to 8th May 2010. Mum and Dad have their 65th Wedding Anniversary next year and it would be a lovely present for them to go again.
